With stress levels continuing to increase in most people’s lives many men are becoming more irritable, angry, and frustrated. For some it is a minor annoyance. For others it can cause significant problems for themselves and those close to them. In working with men, and the people who love them, I’ve developed a quiz to help you assess how irritability, anger, or frustration may be impacting your life or the lives of those you love.
The quiz was originally designed for a research study I conducted for my book, The Irritable Male Syndrome: Understanding and Managing the 4 Key Causes of Depression and Aggression. I posted the quiz on-line and it has now been taken by more than 40,000 men and many thousands of women throughout the U.S. and around the world.
